New digital agency Usability A Cutting-Edge Digital Agency Dedicated to User-Centred Design

Brian Carter, a digital ad industry veteran with more than 20 years’ worth of experience in the space, has officially launched Usably – a digital agency focused on usability.
The new agency seeks to transform the way users interact with digital products and services by creating engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences that not only captivate users but also drive business results. Carter, who was previously Chief Experience Officer at Digitas – Publicis Groupe, leads a team that brings together expertise in design, branding, technology, and data-driven insights.
Carter, after winning more than 100 awards and securing blue chip clients such as Google in his previous role, decided to launch Usably when he realised that there was a gap in the market for an agency with such a niche offering.
“We are excited to unveil Usably to the world,” the Usably founder says. “Our team of dedicated experts is committed to helping businesses stand out by offering extraordinary user experiences. We believe that user-centric design is not just a trend, but a fundamental aspect of achieving long-term success online.”
Among the key services offered by Usably are user-centred design, user experience (UX) design, and user interface (UI) design. Each of these services can be integrated to ensure that agency clients come away with digital products that truly meet their customers’ needs.
“Usably’s launch comes at a time when businesses increasingly recognise the importance of creating exceptional digital experiences to remain competitive in the modern market,” Carter concludes. “The agency’s unique approach combines the art and science of design to ensure that products not only look good but also function effectively and meet user needs.”
